Cocktail Reception & EPIC Universe Theme Park Access

Enjoy an EPIC opportunity to explore the new Universal EPIC Universe theme park, which opens May 22, 2025 at Universal Orlando Resort, as part of your 2025 PR & Comms Summit experience.

For an additional ticket of $125, Summit attendees (must be a full Summit attendee or one day Summit attendee to purchase tickets) can experience an open bar cocktail reception at the brand-new spectacular Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel with a dedicated entrance into the theme park! Following the cocktail reception, you'll get elite access to EPIC Universe until the park closes. A limited number of tickets are available and will sell out, so purchase your tickets early for this EPIC addition to the PR & Comms Summit!

Here are the details:

Transportation is included and will pick up from the Rosen Shingle Creek Transportation Lobby beginning at 4:30 p.m. A cocktail reception will be held from 5:30 - 7 p.m. at the Universal Helios Grand Hotel overlooking the new EPIC Universe theme park. At 7 p.m., attendees will be able to access EPIC Universe directly from the hotel. Transportation back to Rosen Shingle Creek will be available after the park closes. The exact park closing time has not yet been published, but is expected to be 9 or 10 p.m.
