This is an add-on ticket for PR & Comms Summit attendees. This event is not included in Summit registration. A limited number of tickets are available.
The 2025 PR & Comms Summit offers you an EPIC opportunity to see the new EPIC Universe theme park. For an additional ticket of $125, Summit attendees (must be a full Summit attendee or one day Summit attendee to purchase tickets) can experience an open bar cocktail reception at the brand new Universal Helios Grand Hotel, followed by access to EPIC Universe until the park closes.
Transportation is included and will pick up from the Rosen Shingle Creek Tranportation Lobby beginning at 4:30 p.m. A cocktail reception will be held from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the Universal Helios Grand Hotel overlooking the new EPIC Universe theme park. At 7 p.m., attendees will be able to access EPIC Universe directly from the hotel. Transportation back to Rosen Shingle Creek will be available after the park closes. The exact park closing time has not yet been published, but is expected to be 9 or 10 p.m.

Students will engage with the art center’s public relations, marketing and strategic partnership teams in an insightful panel discussion, gaining a behind-the-scenes look at how storytelling, branding and community engagement bring the arts to life.
After the panel, students will embark on a guided tour of the center, exploring the theaters and spaces where creativity thrives and world-class performances come to life.
